Annie came to us when she was a little over a year.  She has been a joy in the house and in the field.  She has a lot of heart, wants to please you and is the happiest when she is by your side.  Annie has great expression, a beautiful head and a wonderful coat.  She is by far the softest Lab we have ever felt.  She weighs in around 67 pounds. We are anxious to see what she will produce in 2010.

There are no words to describe Darla and it would be unfair and unjust for me to attempt to do so.  She came into our lives the fall of 2000 after having lost 2 senior labs.  I had visited a breeder in Columbia and placed a deposit on a black female.  As I was handing the breeder my check I looked over into the kennel that housed a litter of 9 chocolate puppies.  Only one of the puppies was awake and watching me.  As I placed the check in her hand this little chocolate puppy cocked her head to the side and raised her ears.  For certain I did not plan on taking a chocolate puppy home with me or did I?  I called Alan and had him meet me at her kennels that afternoon and I made one of the best decisions of my life.  That evening I took home who would come to be my very best friend and companion - Miss Darla.
